2. Gharelu nuskhe

3. Sahi aahar aur lifestyle

Khane ka effect skin par padta hai. Bahut tel, masala, or sugary cheeze pimples ko worsen kar sakti hain. Apne diet mein seasonal fruits, vegetables aur antioxidant-rich foods like pomegranate, papita, coconut water aadi shamil karein. Saath hi din bhar mein 8-10 glass paani pilen jo toxins ko remove karne mein madad karega


4. Pimples ko na chhedein

Pimples ko dabana ya chhedna infection lagane ke liye saksham ho sakta hai aur nishaan chhod sakta hai. Haath saaf rakhein aur pimples ko chhune se bachayein.
